When tasked with organizing a team-building event for Sanlam at the Sandton Convention Centre, we knew we needed to create something extraordinary.
The objective was to unite 700 delegates under the conference's catchphrase, "United in Purpose," and we decided there was no better way to do this than by creating a massive collaborative artwork.
The Challenge
Our creative vision for the day was ambitious—a giant 9 by 5-meter masterpiece, designed from a custom template. Typically, a project of this magnitude would take a single painter over 2,000 hours to complete.
However, our delegates, armed with purpose and a shared vision, accomplished this remarkable feat in just 2 hours.
Why Art as a Team-Building Tool?
